KINKY FRIEDMAN
Kinky Friedman is an American singer, songwriter, novelist, humorist, politician, defender of stray animals, and former columnist for Texas Monthly. The Texas Jewboy returns to the Jones Fest stage with the completion of his latest album produced by Larry Campbell (soon to be released).
For those unfamiliar with Friedman's ornery wit and wisdom, now is the time to experience a true American original.
PHIL CODY & FRIENDS
Veteran performer and Los Angeles based folk artist Phil Cody has a brash and iconoclastic style that commands attention that is well deserved. Phil holds his own and has performed with the likes of Warren Zevon, Emmylou Harris and Steve Earle. Cody, formally on Interscope went DIY and started his own label, Tiny Head Records. His most recent release and tribute: “Cody sings Zevon.”
THE BRAMBLES
California duo Carly (ukelele), Bethany (percussion) accompanied by Jeff Kranzler on upright Bass are The Brambles.
A Young female duo inspired by Americana Folk ballads and toe tapping tunes. Friends since high school their musical kinship developed when they were brought together by their mutual passion of euphoric acoustics in unusual places. In 2014 they made it official and began their passion of yelling harmoniously in public.
The Brambles have quickly become fan favorites on the Jones House stage and all over the tri-county with their undeniable charm.
SWIMM
Returning for their 7th year, SWIMM's lead singer Chris Hess' supremely controlled vibrato will be accompanied by drummer Adam Winn & Hany Zayan in a more stripped down version of their mesmerizing psychedelia.
GERONIMO GETTY
MIKE GRIFFIN
Film composer and songwriter, Mike Griffin (Mondo Boys/Tandemoro), has gained the reputation of “Mayor of Jonesfest” for being a reliable sight every year, sometimes as a performer, sometimes as a helper behind the scenes but will once again wield his acoustic guitar and enlist the help of friends to lead sing-alongs and introduce his own works.
Geronimo Getty started, like so many things do, on the side. Initially, the project served as songwriter Aaron Kyle’s outlet for songs that didn’t fit the sound of his rock band, Le Switch. When that outfit disbanded in 2012, Kyle turned his focus to Geronimo Getty, penning songs inspired by the directness he heard on records by Steve Earle, Guy Clark, and John Prine.
Kyle and his compatriots — Christopher Harrison, Seb Bailey, Brian Soika, and Valerie McCann– soundtrack their stories with reckless force.
NICHOLAS DELL

Nick Dell PapaGeorge (a.k.a. Papa/Soul Papa) grew up listening to and performing a cappella music with his family in barbershop competitions from a young age. As he developed his own taste for music Papa's heart & positive energy aligned with a love for Reggae. Check out Papa's latest collaboration with Fluid Foundation.
JOEY OSSO
Joey Osso and kin will be a memorable display of the generational relationships forged at the Jones house. Oso was one of the original players of Jones Fest from back in the day and we look forward to his return.
